74 Wythe is a space that once housed one of New York City’s most popular nightclubs, Output. Now, the property serves as a multifunctional hospitality venue. 74 Wythe is 15,000 square feet of hospitality spanning three stories across four interconnected spaces, offering virtually unlimited configurations. Each area delivers a unique design while carrying common themes and preserving the building’s 1929 origins. The entryway mosaic of 74 Wythe pays homage to its history as a spice-blending factory formerly known as Superior Ingredients.
74 Wythe has many outstanding venue options. With a full-service bar, performance stage, and a mezzanine with an area overlooking the dance floor, the Main Room is suitable for every event. There is a full-service, dedicated kitchen in the Main Room, a coat check, and two exclusive street entrances. The expansive, redeveloped Rooftop offers views of the west-facing waterfront and Manhattan skyline with four distinct seating areas. Furthermore, a mop closet door conceals a hidden cocktail lounge that showcases ice creations behind glass—liquor as old as the building is displayed behind a 16-foot back bar. The upper level features an adjoining private loft with a wine cellar, finishing kitchen, and a courtyard.

With 15,000 square feet of urban sensibility, the Williamsburg venue provides the perfect setting for a cocktail reception, wedding ceremony, dinner reception, dancing, and after-party. Among the options is The Roof. Some of the most beautiful weddings and private events occur outdoors in New York. As a result, The Rooftop can accommodate 400 standing guests and 150 seated guests on all levels, and 150 guests on the 2,300-square-foot Main Deck. The outdoor space features retractable glass enclosures that can be used all year round. It also features muraled wall accents, natural light, and striking Manhattan skyline views.
